Som Trade Activation Manager vil du spille en central rolle i at udvikle og implementere strategier, der fremmer vores brands og produkter i detailhandlen. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med vores salgs- og marketingteams for at sikre, at vores produkter præsenteres optimalt og øger salget på tværs af alle kanaler.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil inkludere:
  • Udvikle og implementere trade marketing planer og kampagner.
  • Udvikle, udarbejde og adaptere POS jf. global brand guidelines for optimal effekt.
  • Samarbejde med salgs- og marketingteamet for at sikre konsistens i brand budskaber.
  • Analysere markedsdata og kundeindsigter for at identificere muligheder og trusler.
  • Planlægge og eksekvere in-store aktiviteter, herunder promotioner, displays og events.
  • Agere Point of Contact vedr. instore solutions for vores samarbejdspartnere og sammen definere "The Perfect Store" per kanal.
  • Tæt samarbejde med det globale Category Management & Shopper Marketing team.
  • Spacemanagement - udarbejde analyse for at optimere planogrammer hos vores kunder.
  • Evaluere og rapportere på effektiviteten af aktiveringsinitiativer.
  • Administrere budgetter og sikre en effektiv ressourceallokering.
For at få succes i denne rolle forventer vi, at du har:
  • Minimum 2 års erfaring i en lignende rolle inden for FMCG.
  • Erfaring i at arbejde med Nielsen Data.
  • Erfaring med udarbejdelse af POS materiale.
  • Stærke analytiske evner og erfaring med dataanalyse.
  • Fremragende kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner.
  • Erfaring med projektledelse og evnen til at håndtere flere opgaver samtidigt.
  • Kreativ tænkning og evnen til at udvikle innovative marketingløsninger.
  • Flydende dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale.
