Vi søger derfor en dynamisk og målrettet Customer Succes Manager, der kan tage ansvar for udvikling og rådgivning af egen kundeportefølje og opnåelse af budget. Du vil være en nøglespiller i vores vækststrategi og have ansvar for at sikre en stærk kunderelation.
Mere end 1.6 mio. danskere besøger hvert år platformen – og interessen for at finde tilbud og inspiration indenfor rigtig mange kategorier er i stor vækst.
Som Customer Succes Manager skal du sikre en succesfuld onboarding af nye kunder, hvor tiden fra signing forkortes så kunden hurtigt oplever værdi og synergi. Du skal vedligeholde og gentegne kontrakter på egen kundeportefølje samt udforske muligheden for op-salg. Det er vigtigt, at du sikrer at kunden oplever og anerkender værdien af samarbejdet.
Du skal forstå de tekniske og funktionelle behov hos kunderne og skal i samarbejde med vores Business Development Manager og CCO præsentere vores digitale løsninger. I samarbejde med vores driftsafdeling sikrer du også løsninger for vores eksisterende kunder. Du får rig mulighed for at sparre med dine dygtige kollegaer i en virksomhed, hvor holdånd og samarbejde er i højsædet.

Du bliver en vigtig brik i vores salgsorganisation med reference til vores kommercielle chef CCO. Du kommer til at arbejde fra vores kontor i Søborg, hvor du bliver en del af et dynamisk team, som drives af viljen til at vinde og som har det sjovt. Vi har en uformel tone, hvor der er højt til loftet og plads til masser af humor.
Din arbejdsdag vil hovedsageligt bestå af:
- At have en rådgivende dialog med kunden og herigennem præsentere vores forskellige digitale løsninger
- At kvalificere tekniske og funktionelle behov hos eksisterende og potentielle kunder
- Afrapportering og forberedelse af kundemøder
- At sikre kundeportefølje og en stærk kunderelation gennem åben dialog
- At sikre opnåelse af budget
- At sikre succesfuld onboarding af kunder
- Effektivt at øge salg til eksisterende kunder
Om dig
Du elsker at tænke i løsninger og muligheder – lytter til kundens behov og evner at oversætte dette til sælgere og Tech teams i MineTilbud, så vi opfylder kundens behov og forventninger. Du får gennemført projekterne på effektiv vis, og du arbejder målrettet og dedikeret på at finde løsninger på ethvert problem. Du har 5-10 års erfaring inden for Customer Success og gerne fra en pre-sales rolle fra mediebranchen.

- I stand til at arbejde målrettet med at fastholde og udbygge kunderelationer
- God til at drive egen pipeline og trives i en udadvendt rolle
- Struktureret og vant til at arbejdet i CRM systemer
