Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Representative to join our global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for retention and expansion of our Webfleet customers, delivering exceptional customer experience, adoption, churn reduction, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills with a focus on translating business requirements into technological solutions. Proficiency in Danish and Swedish, as well as professional business English, is required. German is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for your own SME customer portfolio in terms of customer experience, adoption, churn & revenue growth;
  • Own the complete customer life-cycle of onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal of customers' contracts;
  • Inspire customer engagement and track long-term business goals;
  • Work closely with Sales partner, Sales Support, Customer Support, Marketing, and Sales to raise customer loyalty, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure a great customer experience;
  • Actively contribute to the improvement of internal processes and procedures;
  • Be the 'voice of the customer' to the rest of the organization;

Requirements:

  • Languages: Danish and Swedish speaker and professional business English. German is a plus;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills with a focus on translating business requirements into technological solutions;
  • Business acumen/commercial understanding;
  • Experience from a similar Customer Success or Account Management role and experience in sales;
  • You have an analytical way of thinking and organizational talent;
  • You are an emphatic listener and understand the wishes of our customers;
  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage;
