Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil omfatte:

- Lede og motivere kundeserviceteamet gennem coaching, mentoring og ved at være et godt eksempel.
- Sikre professionel, høflig og rettidig respons på alle kundehenvendelser.
- Opretholde høj nøjagtighed og professionalisme ved håndtering af kundeordrer og returneringer.
- Udvikle samarbejdsrelationer med Le Creuset's salgsteam.
- Samarbejde med økonomiafdelingen om kundeordrer og finansielle spørgsmål.
- Overvåge fakturering, bestilling, lageroptælling og lageroverførsel i detail- og konsignationsoperationer.
- Rapportere KPI'er for kundeserviceafdelingens præstationer til MD.
- Implementere nye arbejdsmetoder og systemer for at forbedre afdelingens effektivitet.
- Gennemføre rekrutterings- og udvælgelsesprocedurer efter behov.
- Sikre overholdelse af sundheds- og sikkerhedsforpligtelser.

Vi søger en passioneret, engageret og erfaren Customer Service Manager til at lede vores kundeserviceteam, som naturligt besidder et drive og evnen til at samarbejde på tværs af organisationen.

Du har en naturlig holdspillermentalitet, men er også i stand til at arbejde selvstændigt og herpå kan du håndtere forskelligartede opgaver uden at gå på kompromis med kvaliteten. Du har en udadvendt personlighed med stærke kommunikationsevner både skriftligt og mundtligt der kan sikre, at vores kunders behov bliver mødt og deres forventninger overgået. Du vil være ansvarlig for at håndtere alle kontaktpunkter fra kunder og forbrugere af Scandi.

Vi forventer, at du:

- Min. 3-5 års erfaring i en lignende rolle inden for kundeservice.
- Erfaring med teamledelse.
- Flydende dansk og mellemniveau i svensk, norsk og engelsk.
- Erfaring med D365.
- Erfaring med CRM/CEM-systemer samt Microsoft Word, Excel og Outlook.

- Evne til at arbejde under pres og bevare roen i udfordrende situationer.
- God tidsstyring og evne til at overholde deadlines.
- Problemløsningsevner og evne til hurtigt at identificere årsager til problemer.
