Account Manager Outpatient - Radiologie (m/w/d)
Job DescriptionIn dieser Position hast du die Möglichkeit, einen definierten Kundenstamm strategisch zu entwickeln und den lösungsorientierten Verkauf von Equipment sowie Customer Service im Outpatient Bereich voranzutreiben.
Dein Job:
- Verantwortung für das gesamte HealthSystems Portfolio (Equipment, Customer Service, Lösungen, langfristige Partnerschaften) und die Repräsentation der Philips Vision beim Kunden.
- Aufbau und Festigung der Kundenbeziehung durch regelmäßige Interaktionen und Einbeziehung anderer Funktionen.
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Verkaufsprozess, von der Opportunity-Identifizierung bis zum Umsatzabschluss bei einem definierten Kundenstamm.
- Erstellung, Abstimmung und Pflege des Account Plans sowie Verwaltung des Funnels im CRM-Tool (SFDC).
- Festlegung der Strategie für Preisgestaltung und Verhandlungsführung mit dem Kunden.
- Koordination der Vertriebsaktivitäten und Unterstützung bei der Implementierung der Lösungen.
- Verantwortlich für Order Intake, Umsatz von Produkten, Lösungen und langfristigen Partnerschaften sowie die Datenqualität und Forecast Accuracy in SFDC.
- Sicherstellung von Kundenzufriedenheit (NPS), Share of Wallet und Preisrealisierung für Produkte und Services.
Der Job passt zu dir, wenn:
- Du nachgewiesene Vertriebsfähigkeiten bei der Identifikation, dem Management und dem Abschluss von Geschäften hast.
- Du Erfahrung in der Medizintechnik- oder medizinischen IT-Branche mitbringst.
- Du im modalitätsübergreifenden und lösungsorientierten Vertrieb versiert bist.
- Du tiefes Wissen über das Gesundheitssystem, besonders den niedergelassenen Sektor, sowie aktuelle Gesetze und lokale Politik besitzt.
- Du in der Lage bist, mehrere Interessengruppen auf beiden Seiten zu koordinieren und effektiv zusammenzuarbeiten.
- Du motivieren und Aufgaben erfolgreich delegieren kannst.
- Du sehr gute konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denken mitbringst.
- Du kundenorientiert, empathisch handelst und dabei eine hohe Selbstorganisation und Problemlösungsfähigkeit zeigst.
- Du persönliche Verantwortung für Team-Ergebnisse übernimmst und Vielfalt förderst.
- Du ausgezeichnete verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten hast und mit Überzeugungskraft agierst.
- Du sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office Anwendungen bist.
- Du fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift beherrschst.
- Du ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Gesundheitsökonomie hast oder eine Ausbildung als MTR o.ä. abgeschlossen hast.
