Commercial Manager (barselsvikariat) hos eesy

Er du motiveret for at drive kommercielle aktiviteter, optimere kundeværdi og bidrage til vækst? Hos eesy er vi på en målrettet vækstrejse, hvor vi udfordrer markedet med digitale og enkle løsninger. Vi søger en Commercial Manager i et barselsvikariat på 1 år med start hurtigst muligt, der vil spille en central rolle i at maksimere vores forretningspotentiale gennem strategiske kommercielle initiativer, dyb produktforståelse og tæt samarbejde med salg, marketing og Product Management.

Som Commercial Manager bliver du ansvarlig for at sikre en rentabel kundeportefølje ved at have ansvaret for initiativer, der optimerer ARPU, churn og fastholdelse – altid med en dyb forståelse for data, kundebehov og forretningsmål.

Dine ansvarsområder

  • Drive kommercielle aktiviteter, der maksimerer ARPU og kundeværdi
  • Udvikle og gennemføre churn- og retentionstrategier i samarbejde med CRM Manager
  • Analyse og sparring med kanaler om salgsaktiviteter, ARPU og churn, for at sikre kvalitet i intake der understøtter en sund kundeværdi
  • Sikre kvaliteten af salg via indsigter og sparring med salgsansvarlige om rentabilitet og kundeværdi
  • Evaluere og optimere produkter og services i tæt samarbejde med Product Management for at sikre rentabilitet og markedsposition
  • Identificere trends og muligheder i markedet for at sikre eesys fortsatte vækst

Din profil:

  • Stærk forretningsforståelse med erfaring i kommerciel strategi og kundeporteføljestyring
  • Erfaring med churn-analyser, retention og optimering af kundelevetid
  • Evne til at drive kommercielle projekter og omsætte analyser til konkrete handlinger
  • Erfaring med optimering af produkter og services baseret på markeds- og rentabilitetsanalyser
  • Kan arbejde tæt sammen med Product Management, salg og marketing om at maksimere forretningspotentialet
  • Dygtig til at formidle komplekse analyser på en letforståelig måde
  • Erfaring med Excel, PowerPoint og Power BI (eller tilsvarende rapporteringsværktøjer)
  • En akademisk baggrund, fx cand.merc eller tilsvarende
