DIN ROLLE SOM MØDEBOOKER

Som mødebooker hos Snevagten får du en central rolle i at booke møder og skabe forbindelser. Du vil:

  • Opdyrke leads og være proaktiv i at skabe nye forbindelser.
  • Bruge telefon, mail og sociale medier som dine primære redskaber.
  • Følge op på aftaler og sikre, at de bliver til succesfulde møder.
  • Arbejde tæt sammen med vores Key Account Managers for at skabe resultater.

Hos os får du fuld oplæring i vores salgsprocesser og de værktøjer, der skal til for at blive en succes i rollen.

HOS OS FÅR DU:
  • Attraktiv lønpakke: Grundløn: 28.000-32.000 kr/md afhængig af erfaring.
  • Attraktiv provisionsmodel baseret på:
    • Provision pr. afholdt møde varierende efter kundesegment.
    • Andel af salgsværdi i år 1-2.
  • Forventet månedsløn inkl. provision ved målopfyldelse:
    • År 1: 45.000-53.000 kr.
    • År 2: 48.000-55.000 kr.
  • Socialt samvær: Fredagsbarer, temafester og kollegial opbakning hele vejen.
  • Fordele: Pension, træningscenter, adgang til massageordning, sundhedsordning, betalt frokost samt arrangementer hele året.
