  • Pose a broad knowledge of Medtronic products, processes, tools, and policies.
  • Handle orders, disputes, and general inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor information flows and incoming interactions via phone or email.
  • Maintain master data and order traceability.
  • Exceed customer expectations by resolving inquiries and offering a world-class service.
