About the roleIn this hands-on role, you will be the driving force behind our assigned air filter product groups. The Sales Representative is responsible for the development of sales accounts and clients, as well as the successful execution of short- and long-term commercial targets in sales in Denmark.

- Customer relations: Initiating & building relations with customers, taking into account their demands and wishes.
- Driving Efficiency: In charge of effective development and execution of sales plans, achievement of sales targets, and increasing the revenue of existing accounts.
- Develop sales channels: Professionally develop indirect & direct sales channels through the establishment of strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria, and targets.
- Advisor in technical matters: Expand Dinair Denmark's relationship with the market by selling air filtration solutions, advising customers on technical matters, and helping to find the most appropriate solution.
- Accelerated Time-to-Market: Partner with cross-functional teams to enlarge sales footprint and market awareness.
- Product Champion: Act as an advocate for your assigned products, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong technical and business acumen. You are detail-oriented and possess a strong work ethic. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to present information effectively. Your ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with a commitment to ethical decision-making ensures you get your work done.
Our ideal candidate- Has 3 to 5 years of sales experience in technical sales for products that require a deep understanding as well as explanation.
- Has a background in mechanical engineering or a similar business degree.
- Successful track record with high added value product selling, pricing, negotiations, and account management with a history of consistently delivering on expectations for growth and profitability.
- Experience in filtration and/or automotive sales/applications is an additional value.
- Ability to manage and service accounts over the Denmark sales area.
- Fluent in Danish both in writing and speaking, and able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
- Experienced in working with MS Office tools and Salesforce.
- Driving licence category B.
