First of all, you do get compensated
Base : Bonus on top of base.
Pension : 2.5% contribution on top of base salary.
Team Vibes : Monthly events and bi-annual offsites.
Work format: Ideally hybrid, but remote is possible too.

About the companyThey are revolutionizing how companies buy electricity to accelerate the renewable energy transition. They empower businesses to make a climate impact by entering Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) that add green electricity to the grid. Their vision is a 100% renewable world, helping companies cut emissions and decarbonize the electricity grid. Currently with around 30 FTEs and having raised €4+ million in Seed round, they are growing fast.
ICPs are mid to large size companies in the SME segment. For example, Danica Ejendomme, EDF, JP Politikens Hus, Cowi, and Public sector. Deal sizes have a total contract value of €35k-€350k (5-10 year contracts) and deal cycles are 4-9 months. Stakeholders are Energy Procurement Managers, Facility Managers, Factory Directors, ESG managers, CFOs, and CEOs.
They are at early-stage but already making a positive impact in the energy transition. They have ambitious plans with a growing market both in Denmark and abroad. The demand for their product is increasing.
Things change quickly, and they build as they go. It is a very interesting time to join them as they further expand. Therefore, they are now looking for an additional Account Executive.
RoleThe role is a full sales cycle, where you do 90% outbound yourself. You should do your own prospecting, booking meetings, and closing the deals. It is important that you have a hunter mentality, maybe tried B2B call center / BDR roles before, so you are comfortable with cold calling. Background can be from B2B SaaS/Tech, utilities, or from energy providers.
CRM used is Hubspot.
Current sales team consists of VP of Sales, 3 AEs, and 2 SDRs.
Career growth normally could go from AE to Sr AE after 6-12 months with strong performance. Could become Team Lead or open other markets, depending on the company's need at that specific time.
Key Evaluation Criteria- Experience with complex B2B enterprise sales.
