Som Customer Service Manager for Nordic Sales Backoffice vil du lede fem talentfulde, passionerede og højt engagerede kolleger. Sammen vil I fokusere på at optimere arbejdsprocesser, øge den operationelle effektivitet og yde førsteklasses support ud mod vores kunder samt på tværs af afdelinger internt. Foruden den daglige ledelse får du også driftsansvaret for udvalgte Key Accounts, hvor du sikrer den daglige eksekvering og udvikling af samarbejdet.
Arbejdsopgaverne vil være varierende fra eksekverings- til udviklingsprocesser i detail- og teamsportsmarkedet. Det er essentielt, at der skabes et high-performance og homogent backoffice-team, hvor der sættes en klar retning, og hvor der er styr på detaljen, processerne og servicen. Herudover indebærer jobbet:
- Udvikling af medarbejderkompetencer: Fremme dine medarbejderes udvikling og motivation ved at støtte, træne og coache dem. Hjælp dem med at forbedre deres færdigheder og kompetencer i systemer og interne processer.
- Driftsansvar: Sikre smidig daglig drift og optimering af samarbejdet med vores kunder - herunder koordinering af ordreflow, leveringer og produktdata.
- Optimering af arbejdsprocesser og procedurer: Strømline og forbedre backend-funktioner på tværs af afdelinger som Sales Operations Team (SOT) og Intern Salg. Identificer, forbedre og implementer effektive processer.
- Spillende træner: Gå forrest og deltag aktivt i de daglige operationelle opgaver. Supportere dine medarbejdere og sikre et højt operationelt niveau ved at lede med et godt eksempel.
Vi søger en struktureret teamleder, der kan samle teamet og de vigtigste interessenter bag en klar vision. Da opgaverne ofte involverer mange forskellige kolleger, er stærke evner inden for stakeholder management afgørende. For at lykkes i denne rolle forestiller vi os, at du besidder følgende kvalifikationer:
- Solid erfaring med salgsstøtte, teknisk salg samt dokumenteret evne til at lede teams med effektive drift ledelses- og koordineringsevner.
- Erfaring med drift og udvikling af Key Accounts, herunder ordrekoordinering og leveringsstyring.
- En pragmatisk tilgang, hvor du tager initiativ og leverer resultater.
- Erfaring fra mode- og/eller sportsbranchen.
- Indgående kendskab til Navision og god fortrolighed med Office-pakken, særligt Excel.
- Flydende i både dansk og engelsk med stærke skriftlige og mundtlige kommunikationsevner.
- En positiv og løsningsorienteret tilgang, der trives i et dynamisk og hurtigt tempo.
