Om jobbet som IT-Supporter

Som IT-Supporter kommer du, i samarbejde med resten af teamet, til at levere support til vores kunder. Du kommer til at arbejde med sagshåndtering i ITSM-system inden for ITIL-principper og kontrakter. Hertil vil du møde en bred vifte af kunder og opgaver, som blandt andet omfatter vedligeholdelse af kunders udstyr, systemer, printeropsætning, licenshåndtering og AD administration.

Du vil i denne rolle komme tæt på vores kunder og deres forretning, da du, udover at arbejde fra vores kontor i København, også vil sidde ude hos udvalgte kunder, hvor vi tilbyder on-site support.

Hertil vil du få indsigt i forskellige miljøer, da vores arbejdsområder spænder fra lokale on-prem miljøer til cloudbaserede miljøer i Microsoft Azure, samt hybrid-setups.

Om dine kvalifikationer

Vi forstiller os, at du kommer med en baggrund som IT-Supporter og du vil betegne dig selv som generalist inden for IT. Du har et særligt hjerte for Microsoft paletten. Måske har du ITIL Foundation certificering og Microsoft certificeringer som MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals, SC-900 Security, Compliance and Identity fundamental – ellers vil du få mulighed for at tage dem her hos os.

Som person har du et naturligt servicegen og du kommer med en åben, ansvarlig og struktureret tilgang. Disciplinerne 'Den gode sagshåndtering' og 'Den gode kundeoplevelse' falder dig naturligt, da du formår at sætte dig i kundens sted, sikrer fremdrift, videndeler, dokumenterer, informerer og kommunikerer i et letforståeligt sprog på både dansk og engelsk.
