Vi søger en erfaren Key Account Specialist til vores kontor i Ørestaden. Som KAM-specialist vil din primære opgave være at yde support til vores KAM-team. Rollen er et barselsvikariat som vil løbe i 2025, og du vil referere til vores Senior Key Account Manager. Du bliver en del af et dynamisk arbejdsmiljø med en uformel omgangstone, hvor der er plads til at have det sjovt.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil være:
- Kampagner – oprettelse, vedligehold, færdiggørelse og opfølgning i internt system (XTEL)
- Vedligehold af generel stamdata (sortiment, priser m.m.) (SAP + GS1)
- Udarbejdelse salgsstatistikker og kundespecifikke sortimentslister (Catman Solution)
- Analyse af sortiment, kampagner samt håndtering af kampagne afregninger
- Koordinering af kampagner og marketingaktiviteter
- Vareindmeldelser og vareudmeldelser hos kunder
- Udarbejdelse af interne og eksterne præsentationer
- Sikre, at interne procedurer og retningslinjer overholdes
- Supportere i udarbejdelsen af kundeplaner og kundeforhandlinger
- Opdatering og udarbejdelse af informationer og værktøjer til Field sales

- Er selvstændig, engageret, fleksibel og er indstillet på en til tider hektisk hverdag
- Erfaren bruger af MS Office og i særdeleshed Excel og PowerPoint på højt niveau
- Desuden er det en fordel, hvis du har kendskab til detailbranchen og Catman Solution og SAP
