Skab relationer og vækst i Europa – som vores næste Regional Export Sales Manager
Vi søger en ambitiøs og resultatorienteret Regional Export Sales Manager, der kan drive Nimbus vækst på tværs af europæiske markeder.
Som Regional Export Sales Manager, vil du være med til at styrke og videreudvikle Nimbus på udvalgte markeder såsom Schweiz, Baltikum, Rumænien samt andre dele af Øst- og Sydeuropa.
I tæt samarbejde med vores forhandlernetværk bliver du en nøglespiller i at styrke relationer, udvikle salgsmuligheder og sikre, at vores kollektion af Premium Corporate Fashion når ud til både nye og eksisterende forhandlere.
Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil være
• Eksekvering af salgs- og vækstinitiativer på udvalgte europæiske markeder.
• Opretholde tæt og vedvarende dialog med forhandlere på tværs af markeder for at sikre stærke relationer og imødekomme deres behov.
• Planlægning og gennemførelse af salgsaktiviteter i forbindelse med lanceringen af to årlige kollektioner (januar og august).
• Gennemføre kundebesøg for at præsentere vores kollektioner og skabe målrettede udviklingsplaner, samt opfølgning herpå.
• Samarbejde tæt med salgsledelse, kundeservice og marketing på hovedkontoret i Herlev for opnåelse af optimal håndtering af markeder samt den bedste kundehåndtering
• Løbende support af kunder gennem tekstil-ekspertise, produktviden, salgsargumenter og opdateringer.
Vi forestiller os, at du kan nikke genkendende til følgende
• Minimum 3-5 års erfaring inden for eksportsalg eller i anden international salgsrolle, gerne i tekstil- eller modebranchen.
• Kendskab til B2B2B-handel (forhandlersalg).
• Stærke kommunikative egenskaber og en evne til at opbygge langsigtede relationer.
• En proaktiv og selvstændig tilgang til opgaver og problemløsning.
• Erfaring med rejseaktivitet.
• Flydende i engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt (kendskab til andre sprog er en fordel).

Det praktiske
• Du vil referere til salgsledelsen og arbejde tæt sammen et dedikeret internationale salgsteam på 10 personer, der er fordelt over Nordeuropa.
• Vi er i alt 26 ansatte, inklusive salgsteamet, og arbejder tæt sammen i et dynamisk og uformelt arbejdsmiljø.
• Rejseaktiviteten varierer men anslås til 70-80 dage om året, primært i Europa.
• Arbejdssted: Hovedkontoret i Herlev, hvor der forventes regelmæssig tilstedeværelse mellem rejseperioder.
