Som Senior Service Delivery Manager står du med ansvaret for det engagement, vi har med vores D365FO kunder. Her vil du opbygge et tæt forhold med vores kunder og få det maksimale ud af dine kommercielle færdigheder. Dine dage vil være varierende, og du har stor indflydelse samt bred kontakt med personer internt og eksternt i Columbus. Som en del af kundeforholdet vil du arbejde med specialiserede folk.

Dine ansvarsområder vil være følgende:

  • Monitorere og optimere leverancer samt sikre overholdelse af kontrakter og dækningsgrad
  • Udvikle og implementere innovative D365FO-løsninger, der skaber forretningsværdi for kunderne
  • Øge Columbus’ footprint hos eksisterende kunder ved at identificere nye muligheder
  • Reducere risici samtidig med, at omsætning og kundetilfredshed øges
  • Lede, motivere og opbygge teams med høje præstationer

Du er en person, der er motiveret af koordinering af komplekse ydelser, som skal leveres ift. den gældende kontrakt i et dynamisk miljø. Du trives med at udfordre den nuværende måde, samtidig med at du forstår værdien af standardleverancer. Du skaber strategier, driver initiativer og er dygtig til at koordinere de aktiviteter, du har ansvaret for. Samtidig har du gode kommunikationsevner og en struktureret fremgangsmåde.

Du har en høj grad af selvtillid, der kommer af din faglighed samt evne til at skabe og vedligeholde stærke relationer. Du tager ansvar for både dine egne og teamets opgaver, og du kan prioritere opgaver, når det spidser til. Du evner ligeledes at samarbejde og drives af at arbejde med en teamorienteret tilgang, hvor der er forskellige interesser og kulturer.

Vi forestiller os, at du har følgende kvalifikationer:

  • Flere års erfaring med Delivery Management og ITIL-processer
  • Dokumenteret erfaring med IT-kontrakter og gerne ERP-relaterede løsninger
  • Flydende i både dansk og engelsk
  • Kan koordinere komplekse projekter og leverancer
  • Stærke kommunikationsevner, strategisk forståelse og en struktureret tilgang
