Business Development Manager for Wholesale Partners in Europe

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Wholesale Europe team. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key wholesale partners, driving business growth through strategic planning and tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement our new partner model across a targeted subset of wholesale partners in Europe, creating a structured collaboration framework.
- Drive partner growth through annual commercial plans, including sell-in of new product launches, in-store displays, and impactful campaign rollouts.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with key partners to track progress on sales targets, marketing campaigns, and other commercial initiatives.
- Develop and implement best practices for wholesale partners, covering sales planning, campaign execution, Master Data management, and performance insights.
- Provide daily communication and support to local partners to ensure alignment on operational and strategic goals.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Wholesale Key Account Management, ideally within the design or furniture industry.
- In-depth understanding of retail business mechanisms and proven experience supporting and growing physical retail.
- Digitally savvy with direct experience in building, managing, and selling through branded e-commerce platforms and third-party channels is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and full understanding of the value chain.
- Proven ability to develop and execute commercial partner plans that drive measurable results.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data, extract insights, and translate findings into actionable business strategies.
- Experience working in dynamic, international environments with cross-cultural collaboration.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
