The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Being the HR Business partner of the respective country managers
  • Being the first point of HR contact for the country teams for a seamless employee experience journey
  • Driving and implementing the People agenda in respective countries
  • Managing all Human Resources activities and priorities for the country teams (marketing, CD, finance, chefs...)
  • Maintaining effective employee relations through regular connection with employees in their functional organization

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership to positively influence the end result
  • Action-oriented to initiate appropriate resources and tools to ensure delivery on key HR processes
  • Continuous improvement / simplification mindset and experience
  • Ability to impact and influence different areas of the organization
  • Pro-actively working on solutions/ideas/proposals to improve employee experience

You will be responsible for your own wellbeing and delivering high standards of work. You must also focus on the Consumer and what they need. As an individual, you are expected to take personal responsibility and accountability for execution and results, using data and insight to make decisions.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of HR experience in that country, preferably with knowledge about employee relations and country regulations. Experience working in cross-cultural and matrix organizations is also essential.

Estimated salary: around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
