We're looking for a talented Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our People Operations Team at Trustpilot A/S in Copenhagen.

About the Job

This is a part-time position (15-20 hours per week) with flexible working options. As a Human Resources Operations Specialist, you'll support the People Operations Team through all aspects of the employee lifecycle on a global scale.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Maintain and improve current processes to minimize manual work.
  • Create employment contracts, offer letters, addendums, and other necessary documentation for employees.
  • Perform data maintenance in our Human Resource Information System (Sage People).
  • Support annual processes such as salary reviews and promotions.
  • Maintain and create reports for different stakeholders.
  • Handle queries and requests from employees regarding absences and company policies.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • You maintain an upbeat and constructive outlook on tasks.
  • You're a critical thinker with impeccable attention to detail.
  • You're service-minded and a strong collaborator.
  • You can work autonomously and learn new skills and concepts rapidly.
  • You're currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • You have some knowledge of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
  • You have high computer literacy and are advanced in G-suite and MS Office.
  • You're fluent in English (spoken and written).

We estimate the salary for this position to be around 45,000 - 55,000 DKK (approximately $6,700-$8,300 USD) per year, depending on experience.
