We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated candidate who has a strong research profile, teaching experience, and a track record of publication in the field of work and organisational psychology. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of the research and teaching environment at the Danish School of Education and to participate in the school's efforts to establish itself as a leading centre for research and teaching in this field.
Responsibilities- Conduct independent and collaborative research in work and organisational psychology, with a focus on leadership in educational institutions
- Teach and supervise students in the Master's degree programme in educational psychology and the professional Master's degree programme in the psychology of well-being and capabilities
- Participate in the development of research and teaching activities at the Danish School of Education
- Contribute to the development of the research and teaching environment at the Danish School of Education
- PhD or equivalent in psychology, educational psychology, or a related field
- Strong research profile in work and organisational psychology, with a focus on leadership in educational institutions
- Teaching experience and a track record of publication in the field of work and organisational psychology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
