Job Description

At Whistleblower Software, we are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Development Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partnership management and a deep understanding of the technology landscape. They will be responsible for identifying and onboarding high-potential partners, developing and nurturing relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard partners with services value proposition fitting our software offer
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key partners for strategic growth
  • Collaborate with channel managers to scope out and refine the ideal partner profile in assigned regions
  • Establish connections with senior-level executives within partner organizations
  • Drive revenue growth through sales forecasts calls and regular meetings with focus and high-potential partners
  • Organize training sessions and workshops tailored to partners' needs
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the region

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in partnership/channel management
  • Understanding of regulations (EU and local directives) and technology landscape
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting techniques (BANT/MEDDICC)
  • Ability to create and execute joint business plans
  • Empathic mindset with the ability to engage in and build strong relationships with senior-level executives
  • Sales-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
