Sales Enablement and Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Enablement and Process Improvement Specialist to join our Revenue Strategy and Operations team at EG A/S. In this role, you will focus on optimizing sales processes and improving operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to optimize sales workflows and enable sales teams to achieve their goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
* Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Develop and deliver training programs to equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in sales operations, process improvement, or a related field, preferably with a software company.
* Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results-oriented solutions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
