Enterprise Sales Enablement Leader

Sales Position Summary
We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Enablement Leader to join our team at Qarma. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and closing deals while building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and reduce churn.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales strategies and tactics.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular progress updates to the management team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
