Senior Manager, Membership Localization

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Membership Localization to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a key member of our Global Membership & Personalisation Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in driving the localization of our Membership Program across all LEGO Group markets and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the membership localization strategy to define opportunities for local adaptations of the membership program across key markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of localisation efforts and drive collaboration between local market input and global processes.
  • Champion local market needs within the global membership & personalisation processes.
  • Support the CRM Hub with localisation processes for membership communication and offerings.
  • Develop toolkits and subject matter expertise to enable business units to leverage membership within their local markets.
  • Build and foster a community of membership champions to support delivery on overall membership goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of senior experience in leading best-in-class membership and loyalty strategies at both country and global levels.
  • Proven ability to lead matrix relationships across diverse geographies and markets.
  • Experience managing and driving cross-functional strategic projects.
  • Strong structured problem-solving & communication capabilities.
  • Ability to excel at communicating with senior leaders and conveying clear recommendations based on a solid foundation.

  • Estimated Salary: 90,000 - 120,000 DKK (13,500 - 18,000 USD) per annum, dependent on experience.
