About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rewards Program Manager to partner closely with senior members in the Maersk People Function. As a key member of our team, you will own the strategic rewards agenda for several business areas and advise senior leaders on rewards principles and frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of rewards management and be able to develop sustainable and innovative solutions that enable all colleagues and Maersk to thrive. You will optimize the value of people investment by engaging colleagues and ensuring awareness of rewards offered, ensuring seamless and consistent delivery of rewards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement rewards strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive rewards agenda and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Advise and coach senior leaders on rewards principles and frameworks.
  • Design, develop, and deploy new rewards solutions that support business needs.
  • Manage compensation for executives in collaboration with Executive Rewards.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in rewards management.
  • Strong subject matter expertise in rewards.
  • Ability to partner effectively and maintain a balanced approach.
  • Business acumen, financial knowledge, and economics expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
