Customer Relationship Strategist

At Factbird, we are seeking a seasoned Customer Relationship Strategist to drive the success of our key strategic customers in the Scandinavian region. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to join our Account Management team and make a significant impact on our clients' growth and success.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who can build strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth. As a Customer Relationship Strategist, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing existing relationships, creating new opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer relationship strategies to drive business growth and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations
- Conduct needs analysis to identify potential opportunities and develop targeted solutions
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Proven track record in full-cycle sales, including prospecting, demoing, closing, and account management, specifically in the manufacturing sector
- Experience working with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and sales methodologies (MEDDICC/MEDDIC)
- Fluent in Swedish (required) and English
- Self-motivated and driven to help customers achieve their goals
- Ability to apply consultative and team-selling strategies in a competitive market
- Highly organized, with the capability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
