Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Strategist to join our team at VML MAP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer-centric strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer experience principles and be able to apply them to real-world scenarios. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer journeys that meet business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining customer experience strategies that align with business goals
  • Developing customer journey maps and user flows to inform design decisions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
  • Providing data-driven insights to inform customer experience initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer experience strategy or related field
  • Proven track record of delivering customer experience initiatives that drive business results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
