We are seeking a skilled Global Customer Retention Strategist to join our team at E Conomic, a growth SaaS business within Visma. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

As a Global Customer Retention Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to extend the average lifetime of our customers. You will collaborate closely with our management team and strategy function to design and coordinate solutions that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess solid commercial and strategic experience, with a proven track record of leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making. You will also have experience with project management, stakeholder management, and clear communication skills.

In this role, you will challenge our current ways of working, develop recommendations for improving customer retention, and drive change management processes across various functions and departments. You will work closely with top management, colleagues, and stakeholders to foster strong partnerships and prioritize value-added initiatives.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
