About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team at The Hub/Danske Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers successfully adopt and implement our SaaS solution into their organizations.

Your primary responsibility will be to guide new customers through the onboarding process, providing them with the support and expertise needed to leverage our platform effectively. This requires a combination of technical proficiency, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities to facilitate a seamless transition for our clients.

You will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new customers to our SaaS solution, ensuring they understand how it works and how to evolve their business with the system;
  • Managing the implementation process to ensure customers go through the different phases and start using our solution as intended;
  • Evolution existing customers in their use of our SaaS solution;
  • Advising and challenging new and existing customers on which processes could benefit their business;
  • Providing guidance and support during changes in their company within our line of business;
  • Helping with change management together with customers when introducing new business processes in our SaaS solution;
  • Assisting customers in achieving their goals with the implementation of our SaaS solution.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our sales consultants on bigger sales deals and handover process for new customers that need implementation;
  • Provide high-quality training to TimeLog Responsibles and end-users;
  • Understand or have the willingness to learn general finance, KPIs, and financial processes on a level so you can discuss this with CFOs;
  • Facilitate workshops with project groups and discuss their business processes;
  • Help our customers reach their goals with the implementation of our SaaS solution;
  • Ensure a good handover to Customer Success after finishing the implementation;
  • Provide ad-hoc consultancy with existing customers when they want to use our SaaS solution more or are changing internal processes;
  • Keep developing the internal processes around implementing customers, so we are aligned and give the same quality to all customers;
  • Create materials for the training and sometimes for the customer to use internally;
  • Provide feedback from the field to the organization.
Your Top Skills and Qualifications:
  • Native Danish language and you master English at the negotiation level in both writing and speech; it will be an advantage if you also master Swedish or German;
  • Financial understanding (KPI figures, bookkeeping principles, salary management);
  • A master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field;
  • Experience in C-level relations;
  • Understanding the customers' business logic;
  • 2-3+ years' experience maintaining client relationships;
  • Experience and confidence in hosting web meetings/workshops;
  • Project Management skills and consulting experience.
