SaaS Implementation Specialist

As a SaaS Implementation Expert at TimeLog, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers successfully adopt and implement our SaaS solution into their organizations. Your primary responsibility will be to guide new customers through the onboarding process, providing them with the support and expertise needed to leverage our platform effectively.
You will be responsible for managing the implementation process, ensuring that customers go through the different phases and start using TimeLog PSA as intended. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities to facilitate a seamless transition for our clients.
You will work closely with our sales consultants on bigger sales deals and handover process for new customers that need implementation. Additionally, you will provide high-quality training to TimeLog Responsibles and end-users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to utilize our platform effectively.
Your top skills and qualifications include native Danish language, mastery of English at the negotiation level, and experience in C-level relations. You will also possess a master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field, and have experience in maintaining client relationships.

You should be able to put challenges into perspective and suggest solutions, and not mind challenging the status quo both internally and with customers to help them evolve their business.
