Are you a seasoned professional looking to make a lasting impact in the media industry? As a Vice President of Customer Success at Stibo DX A/S, you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer success strategies and driving revenue growth for our global media clients.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-performing team and work closely with key customers to deliver innovative solutions tailored to their unique challenges. You will align customer success efforts with company goals, manage key accounts, and foster collaboration across teams.

The ideal candidate has experience from B2B software sales, preferably in a SaaS company or a software company with significant revenue derived from the existing customer portfolio. Strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of the news media industry, and excellent communication and people skills are essential for this role.

Your New Working Day
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed customer success quotas for your assigned region, driving revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Articulate the Stibo DX strategy at C-level meetings with key customers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including product management, support, project management, sales, marketing, and legal to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring customer needs and feedback make an impact in product development and service delivery.
