We are seeking an exceptional customer support professional to join our team at Deltek, a global leader in project-based businesses. As a key member of our Support Services team, you will provide best-in-class assistance to our customers worldwide via phone, chat, and email.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals who share a passion for delivering great customer service. As a Customer Support Professional - Maconomy Enterprise Expert, you will be responsible for providing world-class support to our Maconomy Enterprise and Cloud-based customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing Exceptional Support: Leverage your problem-solving skills to effectively understand, troubleshoot, and triage issues related to our Maconomy ERP system.
  • Meeting Operational Metrics: Meet or exceed operational metrics both individually and as part of a team, ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Driving Continuous Improvements: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and implement continuous improvements to expand your skills and knowledge.
  • Managing Customer Expectations: Effectively manage customer expectations and experience, contributing to our Knowledge Base.
  • Collaborating with Colleagues: Work closely with your Line Manager and colleagues to achieve project-level initiatives across the team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A progressive background in a customer-facing, problem-solving role with a technology business.
  • Prior knowledge of Maconomy ERP system, accounting background, software, and/or database knowledge (SQL or Oracle), and/or Superuser experience from another ERP system is an advantage.
  • A clear passion for delivering great customer service and demonstrating customer-centric behaviors.
  • Succesful career thus far working in a team environment and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ownership with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time.
  • General Microsoft server operating system knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications.

Travel Requirements: No travel required for this role.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
