We are a rapidly growing company, pioneering laser innovation in dermatology and aesthetics. Our patented multi-wavelength medical laser system is poised to revolutionize skin rejuvenation worldwide.

In this exciting role as Regional Sales Manager for Latin America, you will drive revenue growth and market share in the region by developing and executing sales strategies. You will work closely with distributors to ensure alignment with our objectives and contribute to our expansion efforts in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in Latin America
  • Work closely with distributors to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Establish Advalight as a key player in the Latin American markets, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and address market needs
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the region
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and insights
  • Participate in conferences, tradeshows, and workshops

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or similar
  • Proven track record of success in sales and sales leadership roles, preferably within the Latin American market
  • 5+ years of experience in international sales of technically sophisticated MedTech products, preferably within aesthetics/dermatology
  • Strong understanding of distributor management and sales channel strategies
  • Solution-oriented negotiating skills
  • Enthusiasm for technical sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel frequently within Latin America as needed
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus
  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth
  • Ability to work independently with many different types of tasks
  • Strong intercultural and interdisciplinary communication skills and, ideally, experience with European/Scandinavian culture
  • Residence in Latin America

Location and Travel:

Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
