We are seeking a skilled Capital Equipment Sales Manager to join our team in Denmark.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with major customers in the Life Science industry, covering the entire country. As a Capital Equipment Sales Manager, you will own and develop capital sales within Life Science for Denmark.
Your primary task will be to build and expand relationships with users, stakeholders, and management within professional areas, focusing on building relationships and sales to other industries.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling capital equipment and maintaining existing customer accounts.
You will possess excellent client-facing and internal communication skills at all levels, as well as strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
Additionally, you will have a solid understanding of the sales process, competent in managing complex sales opportunities, and be able to technically convey knowledge of products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Build strategic relationships while engaging tactically within divisional or departmental groups to develop and successfully close capital equipment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain Key Accounts within the territory.
- Business Development - Seek out and develop new customers/new business opportunities within the territory.
- Develop and maintain existing accounts, seek out end-of-life equipment to generate new enquiries.
- Seek out and build business relationships with KOL's in our industry.
- Own the development of opportunities through to receipt of Purchase Order and ensure detailed and thorough transition to Life Science Projects or Service teams.
- Coordinate and prepare meetings and presentations for both external customers and internal business partners, including presentations to Senior Leaders.
- Ensure CRM (Salesforce.com) is up to date to ensure accuracy of sales pipeline and alignment to sales KPI's.
- Meet and challenge sales target set by the business.
- Co-ordinate with internal departments to maintain customer satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with customers and external partners to offer insightful and educational learning sessions to stay ahead of the curve on new opportunities within the segment.
- Feed back to the business on market trends to enable future business strategy development.
- Work with and maintain strong relationships within Service and Projects to deliver a world class, end-to-end approach.
- Attend and organize, in partnership with MARCOM business partners, regional and international trade shows related to the industry and be an ambassador for the Getinge brand.
- Develop territory marketing strategies to enhance our market presence.
We provide a competitive salary and benefits package according to your qualifications, company car, bonus, health insurance, and pension scheme.
The estimated annual salary for this role is around €60,000 - €80,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
