About the Role:

The Executive People Partner, Digital Technology will play a key role in optimizing organizational capability to reach the strategic priorities of our business plan. As a trusted advisor to the Digital Technology Organization, you will build strong relationships with leaders at the most senior level of the LEGO Group to enable strong leadership with a clear line of sight to the overall LEGO strategy, the People strategy, our People Promise and the Leadership Playground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Chief Digital & Technology Officer and the leadership team to deliver on key strategic people priorities within the Digital Technology organization.
  • Architect organization design, evaluate and develop capabilities needed to deliver against Plan26 and beyond.
  • Deliver value through outstanding execution and deployment of key pivotal initiatives from CoE's within PPC.
  • Recruit, attract, build and grow talent (critical roles), amplify organizational strength and resilience and deliver on organizational goals through a One Team mentality.
  • Act as trusted coach and sparring partner for senior people leaders to drive performance and team effectiveness.
  • Lead and inform with data-driven insights, able to evaluate, build the accurate narrative through action planning for impact (e.g. strategic workforce planning).

Requirements:

  • Deep experience within HR operating in a global, matrixed organization, combined with a demonstrated track record in delivering business outcomes through a strong and well-driven people strategy.
  • Strategic partnering, executive-level coaching and development; change management experience including Organizational Design capability.
  • Strong partner management skills evidenced through solid written and verbal communication at all levels of the organization and external institutions.
  • Uses data to inform decisions, capable to narrate and action plan based on thoughtful insights.
  • Track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in the transformation of HR processes.
  • Executive-level coaching and change management experience including Organizational Design development.
