Head of Revenue Operations

We are a rapidly growing scale-up, Getwhy, located in the heart of Copenhagen, serving an international pool of clients.

This position involves leading our daily Revenue Operations together with our CFO.

  • Establish and develop a Revenue Operations function
  • Oversee revenue forecasts and models, driving data-driven decision-making
  • Maintain close monitoring of revenue performance against targets and adjust as necessary
  • Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide key business insights to stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data for informed decision-making, aligning insights with business objectives
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance performance
  • Develop and track KPIs, creating frameworks for measuring business performance and growth
  • Conduct thorough analyses into key business challenges, providing data-backed recommendations to improve outcomes
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, communicating complex data in an accessible format

The ideal candidate has a strong background in Sales or Revenue Operations and preferably Data Analytics, with experience in developing dashboards, reports, and data models.

  • Demonstrate ability to balance hands-on tasks while setting direction for the function and working towards that goal
  • Have proven ability to establish and track KPIs, align data insights with business objectives, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
  • Exhibit strong collaboration skills, acting as a partner to teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, to translate insights into actions
  • Be comfortable with a scaling and fast-paced environment, where adaptability and initiative are key
  • Be professionally proficient in English, with excellent communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership
