Senior Sales Executive for Nordic Markets

As a seasoned sales professional, you will drive our sales efforts and contribute to our continued success in the Nordics.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company that values innovation and initiative. Your role will be pivotal in steering our ongoing journey of growth in this region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand sales to new clients & achieve annual quotas for Sapiens Insurance and Digital product offerings in the Nordic region.
- Build opportunity pipeline and manage opportunity plans to win.
- Define, develop, and execute the sales strategy, as well as the full sales cycle, from initiation to closure.
About You:
- 10+ years of complex software sales experience within the Insurance industry.
- A passion for enabling customers to get to their desired outcomes, detecting and leveraging new opportunities, managing sales cycles from initiation up to closure.
- A proven track record of high-value deals ($5m+) end-to-end management is a must.
- A solid business understanding of P&C and/or L&P, including the technology and platforms available.
- The ability to influence and to build trusted relationships at clients all the way up to C-level executives.
- The ability to lead a team for large deal pursuits.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
- Excellent English is a must-have; additional languages would be an advantage.
