We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented student to join our team on a part-time basis, approximately 15 hours per week. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CBS Admissions Office in various tasks related to Executive MBA student admissions.
The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality are essential for handling sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software systems are also required.
As an Administrative Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the Admissions Office, following up and gathering information on prospective students via phone and email, and utilizing the CRM system to update and maintain prospective student information.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the continuous optimization of the application portal, preparing admissions-related documents and information materials, and collaborating with the Admissions team to support the organization of recruitment events and information sessions.
Additionally, you will be expected to update information on the EMBA Homepage as necessary and perform basic design duties in InDesign or similar programs. Completing ad hoc projects and duties assigned by the Admission Managers is also part of the role.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor, providing exceptional customer service to prospective students. Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is highly desirable but not required.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between DKK 140.57 and DKK 147.46 per hour, depending on previous office employment and level of education. The pension contribution is 15% of the pensionable salary components.
To be eligible for this position, you must be a student at an institution of higher education and have a Danish work permit.
