Vi søger en erfaren salgsleder til at opbygge og udvikle vores salgsstrategi i Danmark og Norden. Du vil være med til at forme og forfine salgsstrategien for at vækste primært det danske marked og sekundært resten af Norden.

Opgaver
  • At opbygge og vedligeholde stærke relationer til nøglekunder, især større detailkæder
  • Regelmæssige møder med kunder for at forstå deres behov og præsentere nye produkter
  • Opsøge nye potentielle kunder
  • Udvikle og implementere salgsstrategier specifikt rettet mod store kæder
  • Samarbejde med marketing og øvrige teams for at sikre, at salgsstrategierne er i tråd med virksomhedens overordnede mål
  • Analysere kundeindsigter for at identificere nye muligheder og trusler
  • Rapportere salgsresultater og markedsudviklinger til ledelsen
  • Strategisk salgsbackup, understøtte salgsaktiviteter og sikre, at de store kunder får den nødvendige opmærksomhed og support
Krav
  • Erfaring fra en lignede rolle og er klar til at tage det næste skridt i din salgskarriere
  • Stærke salgs- og forhandlingsevner og en god forståelse for forbrugerelektronik
  • Dokumenteret erfaring med at forhandle og indgå store kommercielle aftaler med detailkæder
  • Erfaring med at arbejde med prissætning og rabatstrukturer, herunder pristrapper og kampagnepriser
  • Forståelse for, hvordan prisstrategier påvirker både omsætning og profitabilitet
  • Erfaring med at udvikle og implementere salgsstrategier, der fokuserer på både omsætning og profitabilitet
  • Erfaring med at opbygge og vedligeholde stærke relationer til nøglekunder, især større detailkæder
  • Evne til at arbejde tæt sammen med kunder for at forstå deres behov og levere skræddersyede løsninger
