About the Role

We are seeking an experienced After-Sales Service Manager to join our team at STERISAFE ApS. As a key member of our management group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our After-Sales service function, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and initiate an After-Sales service program to follow-up on all required services and maintenance.
  2. Develop and optimize support and service processes, tools, and systems.
  3. Train, motivate, and lead both the in-house after sales team and distributors sales network.
  4. Support the sales department in discussing the necessary business plans for enhancing sales performance.
Requirements

You will need to have substantial experience from a similar position with technologically or mechanically advanced products and know how to develop and progress international after-sales services in a distributor network with B2B products. You should have a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in an international environment. Fluency in English is a must.
