Ethics and Compliance Investigations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Ethics and Compliance Investigations Manager to join our team at Carlsberg Danmark.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled professional to lead investigations into alleged ethics and compliance policy violations, ensuring the integrity of our business operations. As an Ethics and Compliance Investigations Manager, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end investigations, managing teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective remediation measures are implemented.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations into suspected violations of corporate policies and/or laws related to fraud, ensuring high-quality deliverables within set timelines.
- Oversee investigation planning, execution, forensic report writing, and documentation, preparing comprehensive and cohesive investigative reports in a timely manner.
- Present findings and trends to aid in the assessment of appropriate remediation measures, including analysis of root causes and suggested corrective strategies.
- Provide effective recommendations and solutions to identified issues, ensuring business agreement and tracking of defined actions.
- Maintain existing SpeakUp channels and establish new channels as necessary, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain internal guidelines, including the SpeakUp Manual, SpeakUp Review Manual, and other relevant documents.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, such as the EU Whistleblowing Directive, GDPR, FCPA, and UK BA, among others.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity, independence, and objectivity, adhering to Carlsberg's 3A values.
- Perform work with professional skepticism, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, enabling effective conflict management and stakeholder relationship building.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP, Navision, and other relevant ERPs and apps.
- Ability to assess complex situations, apply judgment, and make informed decisions.
- A competitive annual salary of approximately $85,000 - $110,000, based on experience.
- A flexible, hybrid work model, allowing for a balance between remote and office work.
