Job Description:
As a Senior Sales Manager at Software Improvement Group, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned vertical or territory. This involves developing a sales strategy with a target prospect list and regional/vertical sales plan.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a sales strategy in the assigned vertical/territory with a target prospect list and a regional/vertical sales plan.
  2. Achieve your annual sales target by maintaining and developing a customer and prospect database, and expanding existing customer relations through account management and developing new customers.
  3. Expand our market share in the region by driving the entire sales cycle from cold calling to contract negotiations.

Your Qualifications:
  1. You are a self-starter with a high energy level and a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst managing a small number of large accounts.
  2. You have the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of both prospect/customer organizations including C-level and internally across the business.
  3. You possess experience in developing business cases and ROI together with customer's personnel, and the ability to articulate the value of our solutions to prospects and customers.
  4. You are fluent in Danish and English; other languages are a plus.
  5. You have a hands-on mentality to deliver business and 5-10 years sales experience with IT-related consulting sales.
  6. You hold a degree in business administration with a technical background, or a degree in technical sciences with management or sales experience.
