Create Exceptional Experiences for Our Customers

Your primary responsibility will be designing and implementing strategies that enhance the customer journey and experience, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. Your goal is to create positive experiences that drive customer loyalty and operational efficiency.

Collaborating across departments, you will ensure our services are customer-centric and that every interaction adds value. Your insights and efforts will shape the way customers perceive and interact with our brand.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must have relevant educational background, ideally in Marketing or Communication, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer experience, service design, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in customer experience management tools and software.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proactive with a high drive, able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Solid IT skills, well-versed in the Office suite, especially PowerPoint.

Achieve Success with Energi Danmark A/S

We offer a competitive salary range: 75,000 - 90,000 DKK per annum, commensurate with experience.
