We are seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Playable ApS, a leading provider of innovative SaaS solutions. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in customer engagement and relationship-building to drive business growth and success.
Job Description
The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for developing and executing customized strategies to ensure optimal adoption and utilization of the Playable platform by our clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Onboarding: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive onboarding experiences that set clients up for success.
- Account Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions to drive value realization.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted plans to maximize their ROI from the Playable platform.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review client performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to optimize their use of the platform.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or digital marketing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to apply them to drive business outcomes.
- Familiarity with martech platforms and the ability to navigate complex technical environments.
