We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Commercial Excellence team, where you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategies that enhance the customer journey and experience.
About the Role:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating positive experiences that drive customer loyalty and operational efficiency. You will work closely with various departments to ensure our services are customer-centric and every interaction adds value.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement service designs to optimize customer interactions across segments and markets.
- Analyze and map out the customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training team members on best practices for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze commercial performance, providing actionable insights.
Your Profile:
- A relevant educational background, ideally in Marketing or Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer experience, service design, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in customer experience management tools and software.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proactive with a high drive, able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Solid IT skills, well-versed in the Office suite, especially PowerPoint.
What We Offer:
Energi Danmark A/S offers a competitive salary of 70,000 - 90,000 DKK per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as flexible working hours, employee discounts, health insurance, pension scheme, and social staff association.
