Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in securing a best-in-class onboarding and service experience for our growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with our customers to solve problems, create value, and build loyalty
- Help build and optimize our Customer Success function across products and customer tiers
- Collaborate on projects across departments to improve the customer experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Key Qualifications:- Preferably +2 years of experience in B2B SaaS or GRC, in a similar customer-facing position
- Experience working with SaaS platforms
- Strong communicator, collaborator, and problem solver
