Customer Experience Champion

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at Whistleblower Software.
In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless onboarding and service across our products and customer tiers.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with customers to identify and resolve issues, build value, and foster long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize our Customer Success function, driving continuous improvement and growth.
- Develop and maintain deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points, providing actionable insights to inform product development and business strategy.
- Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS or GRC, with a strong track record of success in customer-facing roles.
- Proven expertise in working with SaaS platforms, with a deep understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Strong business acumen, with a keen understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Native fluency in English, with professional proficiency in French.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and dedication to delivering results.
- A competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
