About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Scandinavia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing the Scandinavian market, and providing sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in Scandinavia
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives
  • Provide sales support and training to sales teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, sales, marketing)
  • 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the safety gear industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Scandinavian market and sales landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in Danish and English, with proficiency in other Scandinavian languages a plus
