Sales Director Scandinavia

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Scandinavia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing the Scandinavian market, and providing sales support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in Scandinavia
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives
- Provide sales support and training to sales teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, sales, marketing)
- 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the safety gear industry
- Strong knowledge of the Scandinavian market and sales landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in Danish and English, with proficiency in other Scandinavian languages a plus
