About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team in Scandinavia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to increase project sales in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with key influencers, including architects and interior designers, to promote Kronospan products in their project specifications
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, manage the specification process, and help convert specifications into sales
  • Conduct product presentations to educate and inspire potential clients about the benefits and features of Kronospan products
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with industry professionals

About You:

We are looking for a strong commercial sales profile with good technical understanding, preferably from related roles within the construction or building industry. You should have a solid understanding of selling, from one-to-one agreements through to month-long complex tender processes, including presentations, budgeting, and negotiation. Your ability to ask questions ensures that you leave your meetings knowing that you have uncovered all possible aspects of needs and sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project sales and business development
  • Strong drive and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Danish or Swedish and English at negotiation level
  • Able to work proactively, persistently, and in a structured way

What We Offer:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately 120,000 - 180,000 DKK per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits. The job requires approx. 40-60 traveling days per year, but it is crucial for the company's success that you thrive in fieldwork.
