About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in Denmark. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and selling payment solutions to our existing portfolio of customers in the mid-sized segment.

Key Responsibilities
• Sell to and maintain existing SME customers via phone and physical meetings in Denmark.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts.
• Update and maintain customer CRM data.
• Stay updated on and provide feedback on competitors.
• Look beyond the day-to-day Merchant needs to ensure the long-term stability and growth of the relationship and revenue.
• Identify appropriate products and services to meet the full range of the merchant's needs.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar role with the SME segment. They will be goal-oriented, active, and self-driven, with great communication skills towards customers and colleagues.

Working Conditions
The position will be based in Ballerup, Denmark. The successful candidate will be required to cover the whole of Denmark geographically.
