Sales Force Effectiveness Manager: Strategic Performance Optimizer

LEO Pharma is a global leader in medical dermatology, dedicated to making a lasting impact on patients' lives. As a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving improvement and monitoring of sales force effectiveness fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales performance and consistency across markets
- Analyze key performance indicators and benchmarks to identify areas for improvement
- Solve complex problems and improve existing processes to enhance sales efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop informed business discussions with key markets
- Support the development of global to local data & reporting initiatives to inform strategic decisions
- Masters degree in Business, Science, or Engineering with an analytical background
- 5+ years of experience in international roles in the pharma industry
- Proven track record in global or regional roles in SFE or Commercial Excellence
- Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills
We offer a competitive salary of around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development in our flat organizational structure.
